Healing Fibromyalgia with Whole Foods Increases Immune System and Relieves Pain
Fibromyalgia causes many disturbances in the body. Some of which include chronic achy muscular pain, skin and eye sensitivity, candia, headaches and memory impairments, insomnia and light to extreme fatigue. This is a tricky disease because many of the symptoms can be related to other diseases as well. So, by eating healing whole foods, the body can heal it'self of whatever disease may be lurking around.
The best healing foods are:
Lecithin
Walnuts
Cantaloupe
Brown rice
Cabbage
Blackstrap molasses
Figs
Almonds
Dark green vegetables
Bananas
Citrus fruits
Berries
Green leafy vegetables
Peppers
Whole grains
Carrots
Spinach
Brussel sprouts
Garlic
Primrose oil
Muscle Pain
One of the biggest concerns is relieving muscle pain and spasms. These can be small, or they can be very debilitating, and wearing on the body. Use these foods to heal the body and eliminate pain:
Brown rice
Whole grains
Figs
Almonds
Sunflower seeds
Pecan halves
Walnuts
Avacados
Black current seed oil
Dark green vegetables
Bananas
Candia
Eliminating candia will strengthen the body and restore balance:
Natural sugarless yogurt: Sugar will encourage candia growth. If eating sugarless yogurt is too distasteful blend strawberries, blueberries or figs with the yogurt and make a delicious smoothie. Each day I make a smoothie with frozen berries and and wheatgerm, it starts my day out right, and the wheat germ keeps my energy up.
Garlic
If you want the full benefits of garlic, it is best eaten raw. This, at times, especially if the garlic is fresh can be next to impossible. But I found that if I quickly eat a raw clove, and quickly follow it up with a glass of orange juice, it takes much of the sting out of it, and I don't get complaints of smelling like garlic all day. Even once or twice a week this habit is very useful for keeping candida away as well as keeping the body clean of parasites.
Fatigue
To rid the body of fatigue eat small meals throughout the day instead of several big meals, all of your meals should include fresh raw “live” fruits and vegetables especially including:
Primrose oil
Wheat germ
Walnuts
Cantaloupe
Brown rice
Cabbage
Blackstrap molasses
