Healthy Food List for Healing Disease and for Health

In creating a healthy food list there are a few things to consider; what are you trying to accomplish? What disease are you trying to eliminate? Or are you looking to just be the best that you can be?

Weight Loss
The most common reason people want to eat better is to lose weight. This is a great way to start, because eating well will teach your body to WANT want is good for it. And the good news is most are catabolic! That is they take more calories to digest than they provide the body. So, the more you eat, the more you lose. Here is a catabolic list.
Most are also low calorie. I mean you can’t beat fruits and vegetables that taste great and has minus 0 calories! Many of these are gluten-free as well, giving you freedom to heal your body as well as lose weight.

Many times an acid list is what you should be looking for when you are trying to lose extra pounds. When we eat too many acid items they put our body in an unnatural state, causing stress and lethargy. Therefore the body feels it has to hold onto the fat/energy it already has, making it harder to lose weight. Diabetics can also benefit from these foods. They should be eating them for most of their diet. This can lower insulin levels and create an enviroment to heal from the inside out.

On the top of my most healthy food list is wheatgrass. If you ate nothing else but wheatgrass you would have quite a healthy body. It has so many vitamins and minerals. It tastes great and is easily assimilated into the body. It is very inexpensive and easy to grow in your own indoor garden.

Healing Disease
When people are looking for an alternative they turn to self healing. There are many nutrients that heal; shingles healing, healing nerve damage, and healing food for arthritis. These diseases among many others can heal the body without unwanted side effects.

Fighting a Virus
If you are fighting a virus or looking for a natural way to cure a cold you have come to the right place. On my healthy food list I have great immune busters that can be used very easily and simply. In fact, once you know what to feed your body, you will develop cold and flu symptoms a lot less, if ever.

Another item is Asian cuisine. It has gained popularity over the last few years because of their super healing abilities. Japanese healing foods, and Chinese healing foods including the infamous lotus root are normally low in fat and are packed full of fruits and vegetables. Asian meals are always cooked in good omega 3 oils, such as sesame oil which are not only good for healing your body, but great for losing weight as well.

E-ZINE Tips
I have also created fun healthy food tips. Some things you might know; you can’t eat more vitamin C than your body will use, the extra just gets flush out. Or blueberries are good for your eyes. And some things you might not know; if you keep dried apricots with you and eat them when you are feeling tired, they will perk you up, they are loaded with iron. Or 1 apple has about 100 calories in it, but it takes your body 125 calories to digest it, so eat more apples = lose weight!
