Hypoglycemia Can Be Healed By Eating Whole Foods Daily
Hypoglycemia is a condition where there is an abnormally low level of glucose in the blood. The pancreas produces too much insulin. Insulin triggers the blood to transport sugar from the blood to the cells, mostly fat and muscle. If the pancreas is not functioning as it should it is impossible to metabolize carbohydrates. It is often a precursor to diabetes.
It can cause tiredness, fatigue, depression, cravings, inablitiy to think clearly and easy loss of temper.
Eat small meals all throughout the day, keeping the blood sugar levels more consistent. Use more rice in your diet, it has a lot of protein in it, but it is also high in fiber. Which helps food to assimilate slower into the bloodstream.
