Juicing: The Super 'Whole' Foods When Healing the Body

Juicing is a very important part of whole foods. It enables us to ingest higher amounts of natural vitamins and minerals. Giving our bodies plenty of what it needs while it is trying to heal itself.

For example, if you felt a cold comming on you could eat a couple of oranges a salad with tomatoes, maybe even a handful of raspberries...but if you were to juice fruits and vegetables high in Vitamin C, you could eat 6 or 7 oranges, a handful of turnip greens, a half a head of cauliflower, 2 peppers, and 4 apples for lunch, and still not feel you have over eaten.

Fiber
When attaining the natural water from foods the fiber and water are seperated. The fiber of the fruits and vegetables are not used. Therefore it will assimilate much faster and easier into the body. Also, without the fiber more vitamins and minerals can be taken in. The fiber of the plant fills up the body.

But, fiber is important. We need plenty of fiber in our diet daily. Fiber acts like a broom in our intestines, and cleans us out. We need to eat whole foods along WITH fruit and vegetable juices to stay healthy.

What happens?
The cells of the plant are broken releasing the pure water, vitamins and minerals and live enzymes. Enzymes which are involved in every activity of the body. We can only receive these from live, unprocessed and uncooked whole food.

This is important, especially if you are not able to eat organically grown foods. Let me tell you why, because as the cells break open and the liquid (water) is released, it will not mix with the herbicides and pesticides on the plant, which are oil based. Oil and water won’t mix. Therefore we are getting pure clean water from the foods.

So why is this important to add to daily diet?
By adding to our diets we can more quickly eliminate cancer cells, free radicals, and all illness from our bodies. Because it can quickly move to the smallest nerves at the ends of our fingers and toes and eyes, and as we learned earlier we can take in many more whole, healthy vitamins in their natural form without the worry of overdose.
