Getting Rid of Ringworm
Ringworm is a fungal infection that produces ¼ inch size “rings” on the skin; usually clear in the center, but not always, with raised red skin around the outside. It is commonly found around swimming pools, where humidity is high, as well as being a common occurance with athletes.
Garlic: taken both in the body and applied to the skin is the best antibacterial source you will ever find. Take 1 clove of garlic 2 times a day. Chew quickly, and follow the orange juice. This will neutralize almost any fungi. Then crush fresh, raw garlic and apply it directly to infected area, cover with a light weave gauze. Do not apply to tightly or with tape or non-breathable bandages, doing so will promote fungi growth. Also alternate crushed garlic and honey.
Eating friendly bacteria from homemade or organic yogurt is essential for acidophilus (good bacteria) to kill all kinds of fungi, including ringworm.
Tea tree oil is a natural antifungal, as well as black walnut extract. Mix with an organic oil such as olive oil, or almond oil. Apply directly to infected area. If mix is not potent enough, apply tea tree oil or black walnut extract directly.

Eat mostly raw fruits and vegetables. Add as much natural whole foods as possible. Cutting out sugar and carbohydrates from diet, all fungi live on sugar. Also cut out any meat and dairy products, as these produce mucus. As well as all processed and junk food.
Always put on clean clothing, and use clean towels. Never share towels or unclean clothing, especially in humid climates, or during exercise.
Once a towel has been used, replace with clean towel. Use clean socks, before and after exercise or sports. These tips will help stop the spread or re-infecting of the skin. Also, try not to scratch, as this will also spread the infection.
The home treatments can be simple and easy, but it takes consistency in applying treatment. Remember once the redness and itching is gone, continue a few days of treatment...this will ensure that the infection is completely gone.
